• Don't be afraid to get lengthy in detail or to send references if you yourself or another artist has drawn the character/environment before; every adjective and image you provide is another tool I can use to make your vison as accurate as possible. Alternatively, if you're not sure exactly what you want, or perhaps the request is for an OC/D&D character that has no form, that's okay too!  - I'm more than happy to brainstorm with you so long as you tell me ahead of time).

• If possible, also include the best time(s) to get a hold of you. This will allow us to communicate faster and thus save us both a great deal of time.
